Cooked Turkey leftovers can be used to make soups, sandwiches, and in this case as stuffing dumplings. Sometimes I also use them to make fried rice and quesadillas.
I was tired of making the same kind of sandwiches with leftover turkey and was thinking of trying something else for a change. In my freezer, I noticed a packet of dumpling wrappers/skins and at that moment I had the idea to make Turkey dumplings. So I experimented by adding some ingredients to the turkey and it worked.
My main challenge was to figure out how to keep the turkey meat moist. As most of you may be aware of frozen turkey meat, especially the breast portion of the meat is extremely dry. However, I quickly solved this issue by adding more liquid in the form of soy sauce and oil.
