Few weeks back we were having summer like weather. Today it is brutally cold outside. I can feel it in my hands. I have cold hands and some days I feel it more than others. Fortunately I have a pair a of NatraCure Arthritis Mittens which I got for review purpose. I will be using those to keep my hands and fingers nice and warm.
The NatraCure Arthritis Mittens are actually heat therapy mittens. It is designed to give relief to people with minor arthritic pain. The mittens reduces inflammation while increasing circulation in the hands and fingers allowing for minor pain relief. These mittens are lined with polymer gel which I found was very unusual. It promises to release hydrating moisturizers to the skin.
I personally liked how convenient it was to use. As per the instructions all I had to do was warm them in the microwave, briskly massage the mittens to evenly distribute the hot beads (avoid hot spots) and finally wear it on my hands. The starburst designs on the mittens are for a very practical purpose. When the starburst color is blue that means it is cool. When it transforms to red, that means the mittens are hot. This is a not only a great, but a clever indicator.
Since I don’t have any kind of arthritic pain, I am using these mittens more for warming comfort. Whenever I feel the need, I heat up these mittens in my microwave for couple of seconds and slip them over my hands. A couple of minutes on my hands is more than enough to provide me relief and the warmth I need for my cold fingers. The inside of the mittens are lined with Polymer gel lining which felt weird when I first used it. However, I got used to it and I now find them very soothing.
If you are looking for temporary pain relief or like me something warm for your hands check out Natracure (Click here). They are also available on Amazon (click here) for only $19.99. In addition to these mittens, Natracure also has a wide range of other therapeutic and pain management products.

Not suffering from arthritis pain (yet) but my hands are always cold! Sometimes I sleep on my hands and wake up with them hurting so maybe this would help the pain? Would have to try to see.
