About the Recipe
I modified a classic kulfi recipe by adding jackfruit to it and voila … I had Jackfruit Kulfi. Every year during summertime I get one big Jackfruit and cut it up. I save the fruit as well as the seeds and try to use them in different recipes. This is my recipe and I am so happy about it because it is super easy to make.

Kulfi Molds
Traditionally kulfi is set in either an aluminum conical mold or small individual clay pots. When I am making it for my family, I use a loaf pan and then cut slices or make scoops. However, if I am serving it for my friends at parties or get-togethers, then I go all fancy and use the molds. See examples below of different kinds of molds you can use to make kulfi. It is really up to you how you want to serve them.
