I am sure once you see this bag you too will feel an intense impulse to channel your inner chicken. I am talking about the “Clucktch Bag”, which if you have not heard about by now means you are an outsider and in need of education in fashion. The bag, which is sold on Firebox.com, is touted as “The Original Chicken Bag”. Seeing the bag however, made me cluck in disgust as well as amusement at the same time. The fact that this bag is being snatched up by celebrities and fashion bloggers is a bit worrying. The chicken handbag is apparently a new accessory and the latest talk of the town.
That may be good news to the manufacturers and I am pretty sure they must be clucking themselves all the way to the bank.Sorry for all the chicken related figure of speech, but come on, really!!! I mostly tend to put on a positive spin on things, but the chicken handbag is a bit difficult to defend. On a positive note it is priced at around $38, which is pretty affordable. The handbag looks sturdy and durable. Apart from that I don’t see anything fashionable or trendy. Broadcasting it to be the next big thing in fashion is a bit like the the blind leading the blind.
I personally would not want to be seen with this bag. Lets just say it’s not my type. In my opinion it would be great as a prop or for Halloween. What do you think? Would you cluck at this bag?

Wow, that is one UGLY bag! I do love a good handbag, but I would not be caught carrying that around. I\\\’ll leave it to the other fashionistas!

I have seen this bag and almost bought one because we have chickens. I thought it was fun and funky but not something I would really carry around. But it would be a great party bag, a real conversation starter. lol
That’s so cute and weird. I think the weirdness makes me like it even more. I would definitely want it, but I am not sure if I would ever wear it 😉
Funny looking and you definitely couldn’t use that to go to Chick-fil-a in, they would probably want you to carry a cow bag. Weren’t those in for awhile?LOL Funny looking bag. 🙂
I must be honest with you, I would buy the bag. Now let me say, I would not use it, but I think it is too stinking cute!
